Funeral services for Frankie Ann Seymour, 78, of Wills Point, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 6, 2017, at Calvary Baptist Church in Wills Point with Dr. Gene Lindsey officiating. Services are under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point.
She passed away early Thursday morning, December 29, 2016, at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas.
Ann was born October 22, 1938, in Guthrie, Kentucky, the daughter of James Frank Taylor and Virginia Isa Turner Taylor. She was raised in Guthrie, where she attended public school. On February 24, 1979, she married Don Seymour in Garland. Ann retired from Terrell State Hospital. She lived in Terrell prior to moving to Wills Point in 2001. She enjoyed making ceramics, quilting and square dancing. Ann was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church in Wills Point.
Preceded in death by her parents, James and Virginia Taylor and a sister, Tina "Vickie" Kohler.
Ann is survived by her husband, Don Seymour, of Wills Point; two sons, David Wilhite & wife, Kathy, of Terrell and Ronald Wilhite & wife, Angela, of Mesquite; brother, Steven Taylor, of Mabank; two sisters, Charlotte Johnson, of Marshfield, Missouri and Debi Rogers, of Irving; five grandchildren, Scott Wilhite & wife, Jeralyn, of Shreveport, Louisiana, Christopher Wilhite, of Terrell, Mike Leighton & wife, Beca, of Arlington, Chris Leighton & wife, Laura, of Wills Point and Elizabeth Wilhite, of Terrell and seven great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to service.
