Funeral services for Annie Mae Gaston Young, 79, of Wills Point, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 14, 2016, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point. Interment will follow at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Quinlan.
She passed away Saturday night, September 10, 2016, in Wills Point.
Annie Mae was born August 15, 1937, in Wills Point, the daughter of Richard Newton Becknal and Ora Mabel Gaston Becknal. She was raised in Wills Point, where she attended school. She was married to Dewey David Young for many years until his passing. Annie Mae was formerly employed by Micro Products in Garland for twenty years, retiring in the mid 1980's. She lived in Garland most of her life.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dewey David Young; daughter, Rosa Lea Honeycutt; two nephews, Ken Gaston and Charles Gaston and a niece, Mary Francis Gaston.
Annie Mae is survived by her grandson, Jimmey Honeycutt, of Quinlan; granddaughter, Angela Honeycutt, of Quinlan; five great-grandchildren, Beth Honeycutt, Clayton Honeycutt, Emily Honeycutt, Joshua Honeycutt and Trevor Honeycutt.
