Arthur Eugene Hall, 69, of Wills Point, Texas, passed away on December 7, 2023. Born on February 6, 1954, in Dallas, Texas, Arthur was a retired construction superintendent and a beloved member of the community.

Arthur was known for his generosity, selflessness, and his knack for handiwork.  He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.  His dedication to his work and his caring nature left a lasting impact on everyone he encountered.

Arthur is survived by his son Justin Hall, as well as his grandchildren Tyler and Natalie Hall. He is also survived by his sister Kathy Owen. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar Hall and Margaret Hall Jones, his sister Rosalee Holt, and his brothers Wesley, Eddie, and Danny Hall.

Arthur received his education at Wills Point High School. He was of the Baptist faith and found solace and strength in his religious beliefs.

May Arthur's kind and caring spirit continue to inspire us all.  He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
