Baby Collins Kathleen Sims, passed away at Christus Trinity Mother Frances in Tyler, Texas on April 3, 2021.

Collins is the daughter of foster parents Tom and Teri Seeley of Flint, Texas; mother Amber Knight; father Mark Sims; and many siblings; grandparents Patrick and Mary Knight and Charles and Rhonda Wagoner, and David Sims and Ann Smith.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, April 12, 2021 at Allan Fuller Funeral Home of Wills Point, Texas at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be at Union Cemetery of Las Lomas Ranch in Buffalo, Texas.
