Funeral services for Billy Paul Elliott, 51, of Emory, are scheduled for Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 2 PM with a visitation being held one hour prior to the service at Smyrna Union Church in Emory with Pastor Jason Rolan officiating. Billy passed away August 16, 2019. He was born November 23, 1967 in Kermit, TX, the son of Bill Elliott and Merilyn Coulter. He was raised in the Kermit and Houston area. Billy enjoyed hot rods, guns and being outside. He enjoyed writing and was an honorary member of the brotherhood of the MC 74. Billy had been employed over the years by Hewlett Packard, Erickson and Red Adair.

Billy is preceded in death by his grandparents, Bernice Elliott & Ray; parents, Merilyn Coulter and Bill Elliott; grandparents, Horace & Lillian Coulter; Uncle Joe Elliott and sister, Crystal Elliott.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years Jan Elliott; brothers, Chris Pool of Arlington, TX, Chance Forga of Picyanne, MS, Chris & Connie Dawson of Clovis, NM; sister, Michelle Bennett & Kelly of Picyanne, MS.
