Billy Wayne Morgan, age 81, of Wills Point, Texas, passed away on May 4, 2024. He was born on August 20, 1942, in Harris Chapel, Texas, to the late Iva Nell Bostic Morgan and Cecil Morgan. Billy, was a dedicated veteran of the United States Army.

Billy had a fulfilling career working at Safety Kleen and Texas Star Warehouse, retiring in 2014. He was passionate about his work and dedicated himself to his profession.

Billy enjoyed hobbies such as cattle, tractor work, and farming in his free time. These activities brought him great joy and fulfillment throughout his life.

Billy will be deeply missed by his surviving children: Jason Morgan and wife Charity, Jeff Morgan and wife Ashley, Justin Morgan and wife Ashley, Jarrod Morgan, and Beth Covington. He also leaves behind a legacy through his twenty grandchildren: Jesse Morgan, Jace Morgan, Jayden Morgan, Kelby Morgan, Kaleb Morgan, Maci Morgan, Kaylee Morgan, Mason Morgan, Taylan Morgan, Trenton Coble, Dylan Coble, Clayton Coble, Devin Coble, Tristan Pritchett, Tennyson Pritchett, Zoey Tucker, Zade Tucker, Jenna McCartney, Jarren McCartney, and Jordan Covington and a host of great-grandchildren; and brother Ricky Morgan and wife Lauree.

Billy was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sherry Morgan, and his parents, Iva Nell Bostick Morgan and Cecil Morgan.

A funeral service to honor and celebrate Billy's life will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at International Outreach Church located at 1404 Lake Dr. Wills Point, Texas 75169. Mullin-Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point, Texas, is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Billy will be remembered for his dedication to his country, his work ethic, and his love for his family. He will forever hold a special place in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
