Billy Ray Williams, 78, of Wills Point, Texas, passed away on March 3, 2022, in Tyler, Texas.

Bill was born on July 16, 1943, in Oletha, Texas, to the late Doil and Bessie Williams. He was raised in Kilgore moving to Wills Point 40 years ago. Bill was a member of the First Baptist Church of Canton. He married his wife Gwen Goodwin on September 19, 1981. Bill retired from Air System Components in Terrell in 2002. He enjoyed metal art, collected antique toys and enjoyed getting out and driving around.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents and brother Carlton Williams.

Bill leaves behind his beloved wife Gwen Williams of Wills Point; brothers, Glenn Williams and wife Helen of Kilgore, Roger Williams and wife Janet of New Braunfels and Lonnie Williams of Longview; sisters, Bonnie Gibson and husband Howard of Kilgore, Joyce Nichols of Longview, June Cloud and husband Bill of Longview, Glenda Waller and husband Ron of Longview, Jo Ann Burnett of Austin and Robbie Hushbeck and husband Charlie of Tulsa, OK; along with many other loving relatives and friends.
