Billy Ray Reese, 66, of Wills Point passed away in late December 2015 at his residence. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements were under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point.

Billy was born January 26, 1949, in Breckenridge, Texas, the son of Doyle Ray Reese and Billie Louise Admire Reese. He was raised in Dallas and graduated from Oak Cliff High School. Billy was a veteran of the United States Navy. After three years of service, he returned home to Dallas. At that time he went to work for Texas Instruments in Dallas. He had a passion for scuba diving. He still talked about all his trips but the best trips were with his daughter, Rebecca Cook. After leaving Dallas and T.I., Billy moved in with his mother to care for her until her death. Billy lived there until his death.

Preceded in death by his parents.

Billy is survived by his daughter, Rebecca Cook, of Massachusetts; aunts, Karen Dollins, of Sherman, Sandra Savering, of Sherman and Margie Eldred & husband, John, of Nocona; one grandson; friend, Pam Stickney, of Allen; nieces and nephews.
