Born in Grand Saline, TX on Oct. 18, 1949
Departed on Dec. 2, 2015 and resided in Wills Point, TX.
Graveside services for Billy Wayne Robinson, 66, of Wills Point, are scheduled for 12:00 noon Monday, December 7, 2015, at Colony Cemetery in Alba under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point.
He passed away Wednesday afternoon, December 2, 2015 at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas.
Billy was born October 18, 1949, in Grand Saline, the son of Jim Raymond Robinson and Helen Lenora Shaurick Robinson. He was raised in Alba, where he attended public school. On August 18, 1984, he married Leslie Carol Carpenter at Silver Lake. Billy was self-employed in the drywall business, retiring around 2000. He enjoyed fishing, camping and mowing. He loved his family very much and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Billy was of the Baptist faith.
Preceded in death by his parents, Jim & Helen Robinson and two brothers, Bo Mesker and Otis Robinson.
Billy is survived by his wife, Carol Robinson, of Wills Point; son, Lesley Wayne Robinson, of Conway, Arkansas; daughter, Jennifer Miller & husband, Seth, of Wills Point; brother, Ferrell Robinson, of Wolfe City and two grandsons, Matthew Gage Miller and Derik Alan Robinson.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
