On Friday, February 26, 2021, Brian Keith Allen, loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend passed away at the age of 60.

On May 11, 1960, Keith was born in Dallas, TX, to Milton and Maudane (Linch) Allen. He attended Tyler Junior College and started working for Dallas Fire-Rescue in 1982, where he served for 35 years retiring in 2017 at the rank of captain. On August 3, 1979, he married Pamela J. Risser. They raised two sons, Michael and Cade.

Keith was known for his quick wit and his kind, humble and compassionate spirit. He never met a stranger. A fighter through his numerous health struggles, Keith never failed to stop and be there for his family, as his family was of the utmost importance. He loved hunting, fishing, being outdoors, classic rock, country, and blues, watching movies, enjoying a cup of coffee at the Lumber Yard, spending time with family and friends, and being with his granddaughters, who were his most immense pride and joy. Keith was a Christian whose faith never wavered.

Keith was preceded in death by his father, Milton. He is survived by Pam, his wife of 41 years; his two sons and their wives, Michael (Cynthia) and Cade (Kristal); his mother, Maudane; his four grandchildren, Ashlyn, Preslee, Amy, and Brynlee; his brothers and their wives Brad (Beverly) and Craig (Kelli); and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2021, at the Wills Point Church of Christ on Corky Boyd Ave at 10 a.m. Visitation will be at 9 a.m. A family graveside service will be held at the Fairview Cemetery in Gainesville, TX.
