Carey Alden Robertson, of Edgewood, Texas passed away on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at the age of 62.

Carey was born on November 18, 1958 to the late Carey and Neta Robertson in Wills Point, Texas. He was raised in Wills Point and Myrtle Springs area. He married his wife Vickie Whitworth on June 15, 1990. They have lived in Edgewood the past two years. Carey worked for J. Rayl Trucking and Soar Trucking where he retired September 2020. He enjoyed video games, shooting guns, telling jokes and never met a stranger. Carey was a member of the NRA.

To cherish his memories, Carey leaves behind his wife Vickie Robertson of Edgewood; sons, Everett Hailey and Jessie of Quinlan and Eric Hailey and Kim Harrison of Canton; daughter Shelby Doss and Cody of Wills Point; sisters, Jackie Buckley of Myrtle Springs and Carol Robertson of Kentucky; grandchildren Alexis, Kadyn, Emily, Jacelyn, Breezy, Berklie, Alyssia, Paislee and Brylee; great-grandchildren Rayleigh and Ryter.

Carey is preceded in death by his parents and brother Terry Robertson.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Allan Fuller Funeral Home. Family will be accepting guests one hour prior to services beginning at 1:00 p.m. Online condolences may be made at allanfullerfuneralhome.com
