Memorial service for Cathy Kay Miller, 64, of Wills Point, is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 19, 2017, at Cheatham Memorial United Methodist Church in Edgewood with Rev. Alan Van Hooser officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point.
She passed away Wednesday night, February 8, 2017, in Grand Saline.
Cathy was born March 1, 1952, in Dallas, Texas, the daughter of William Henry Caldwell and Querita Nell Huffman Caldwell. She was raised in Wills Point and graduated from Wills Point High School in 1970. She later attended Hi-Tech Institute in Irving. On November 20, 1970, Cathy married Ronald Wayne Miller. Cathy enjoyed crocheting, reading and writing poetry. Some of her poetry was published. Cathy was a member of Cheatham Memorial United Methodist Church in Edgewood.
Preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Querita Caldwell; husband, Ronald W. "Ron" Miller on March 25, 2004 and a son, Matthew Collin Miller on May 7, 2007.
Cathy is survived by three sons, Dale Miller & wife, Beth, of Paragould, Arkansas, Seth Miller & wife, Jennifer, of Wills Point, Adam Miller, of Wills Point; two sisters, Judi Yarbrough & husband, Lynn, of Edgewood and Lou Ann Neumann & husband, Michael, of Canton; nine grandchildren, Kevin Miller, Kyle Miller, Anna Miller, Austin Miller, Marissa Miller, Michael Miller, Willow Miller, Nicholes Miller, Matthew Miller and one great-grandson, Gavin Miller.
