Visitation service for Charles Ray Tull, 75, of Edgewood, is scheduled for 1:00-3:00 p.m. Thursday, December 22, 2016, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point. Interment will be at Small Cemetery north of Edgewood.

He passed away Monday morning, December 19, 2016, in Tyler.

Charles Ray was born October 19, 1941, in Edgewood, the son of Robert Tull and Ruby Edwards. He was a lifelong resident of Edgewood and graduated from Edgewood High School in 1960. On August 21, 1963, he married Bonnie Marie Hawkins in Terrell. Charles was a self-employed roofer for several years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and raising all types of animals.

Preceded in death by his parents Robert Tull and Ruby Edwards Morrison; wife, Marie Tull on August 14, 2006 and step-son, Billy Hawkins.

Charles is survived by his brother, Billy D. Mellorn, of Emory; sister, Tammy Lynn Portz & husband, Craig, of Garland; step-son, Jessie Hawkins, of Edgewood; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; close friend, Jo Ann Ottman, of Edgewood and other relatives and friends.
