Cynthia Ann Herb, of Wills Point, Texas, passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2022, in Tyler, Texas.

Cynthia was born on June 10, 1960, in Alabama, to the late Charles and Shirley Bullard. She was raised in Sherman, Texas. Cynthia moved to Wills Point from Edom 23 years ago. She worked at C & L Café and The Shed Café, where she retired in 2012. Cynthia enjoyed crocheting, cooking and loved her family.

Cynthia is preceded in death by her parents and husband Bill Kirby.

Cynthia leaves behind her daughters, Tracy Jacobs and Shaun Smith of Wills Point, Melissa Herb of Edom and Heather Herb of Edom; stepdaughters, Trina Brown, Cheryl McMinn, Christy and Keith, Dawayna Michaelson and Cathey Brown; brothers, Wayne Bullard and Becky of Alabama and Roger Bullard and Cheryle of Alabama; sister, Charlotte White and Paul of Franklin, Texas; grandchildren, Riston, Serenity, Elon, Trace, Kilee, Jaylynn, Noah, Hunter, Audrey and Lily; great-grandchild Raelynn and many other loving relatives and friends.

Memorial service will be held in Cynthia's honor on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at 10am at Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point, Texas. Online condolences may be made at allanfullerfuneralhome.com.
