Daisy Doreen Stratton, 79, of Wills Point passed away on February 23, 2017, in a Tyler hospital. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements were under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point.

Daisy was born July 14, 1937, in Lubbock, the daughter of Frank Oliver Hanes and Ruth Bray Hanes. She was raised in Abernathy and graduated from Abernathy High School. Daisy married Roy Stratton. She retired from Texas Instruments, where she was an inspector. Prior to moving to Wills Point nine years ago, she lived in Coleman, Oklahoma. Daisy enjoyed working in her yard and feeding the birds.

Preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Ruth Hanes; husband, Roy Stratton and two brothers, Donald Hanes and Ralph Hanes.

Daisy is survived by her son, Ken Stratton, of Denver, Colorado; brother, Frank Hanes & wife, Dorothy, of Tyler and sister-in-law, Rita Ray & husband, Jerry, of Wills Point.
