Funeral services for Danny Edward Davis, 71, of Wills Point, are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Mr. Russell Harris officiating.  Interment will follow at White Rose Cemetery in Wills Point.

He passed away Monday afternoon, June 24, 2019, at Medical City Plano.

Danny was born October 3, 1947, in Los Angeles, California, the son of Ralph Edward Davis and Doris Ola Eskue Davis.  He was raised in Lubbock and was a graduate of Coronado High School in 1966.  Danny was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served during the Vietnam War on the U.S.S. Enterprise.  After serving his country, he married Sue Elaine Dunahoo on November 7, 1970 in Lubbock.  They moved to Wills Point in 1980 and in 1983, he received his Bachelors Degree from the State University of New York. Danny was formerly employed by Johnson & Johnson in Lubbock and Arlington and retired from Terrell State Hospital in 2008.  He loved watching all kinds of movies.  Danny was a member of the Wills Point Church of Christ.

Preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Doris Davis.

Danny is survived by his wife, Sue Davis, of Wills Point; two daughters, Kristi Wiggins & husband, Roby, of Wills Point and Heather Alexander & husband, Kevin, of Wills Point; brother, Mike Davis & wife, Karin, of Wills Point and six grandchildren, Rhee Scott Wiggins, Rian Wiggins, Justin Lane Bennett, Megan Bennett, Lauren Bennett and Kody Alexander.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service.
