Donald Joe Sturdevant, 72, of Wills Point, Texas, passed away on Monday, November 22, 2021, in Forney Texas.

Donald was born on September 10, 1949, in Dallas, Texas, to the late Edgar and Ruby Sturdevant. He was raised in Dallas, Texas. Donald married the love of his life; his late wife, Susan Goss on April 8, 1972. He retired from Big D Quality Printing in 2012. Donald enjoyed fishing and had a fishing barge named Hobo.

Donald is preceded in death by his parents, wife Susan Ann Goss Sturdevant and Earl and Judy Keener.

Donald is survived by his daughter, Annie Kay Dudley and husband Jeff Dudley of Forney; grandchildren and his pride and joy, Konnor, Jenna and Jaci Dudley of Forney; niece/daughter Selena Gonzales and son of Dallas; brothers, Gary Sturdevant and wife Judy of Wills Point, Steve Sturdevant of Wills Point, Mark Sturdevant of Dallas and Rodney Sturdevant of Mabank; sisters, Paula Wright and husband Larry of Midlothian and Tina Sturdevant of Dallas; nephews, Raymond Keener and wife Michelle of Wills Point, Mark and wife Christine of Dallas, Jacob and wife Jessica of Terrell, Gary Jr. and wife Rebecca of Wills Point, Jarrod, Justin and Jeremy; nieces, Amy Lang and husband Alex of Wills Point, Cindy and husband Justin of Florida, Cristie Sturdevant and Lina Sturdevant; along with many more nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, December 5, 2021, at 2 p.m. at Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point, Texas. Donald Sturdevant will be laid to rest at Bright Star Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at allanfullerfuneralhome.com.
