Donna Kay
Williams
Mar 27, 1965 — Oct 20, 2026
Wills Point, Texas
Donna Kay Williams, (Chappell), passed away on October 20, 2026, in Wills Point, Texas. She was born on March 27, 1965, in Portage, Pennsylvania, and will be remembered as a loving, funny, intelligent, and passionate woman whose life was deeply rooted in devotion to her family.
Donna embraced the work and calling of being a homemaker, shaping her home with care and constancy. She was an amazing companion and partner in life, and from May 8, 1982, she devoted herself to caring for her husband with steadfast love. Those who knew her will remember the warmth she brought to everyday life, the humor she shared, and the strength of her presence in the lives of the people she loved most.
She found joy in the simple and lasting pleasures that make a family’s memories rich: camping, cooking, collecting cookie jars, and watching soap operas. Above all, Donna treasured spending time with her children and grandchildren. Whether gathered together in conversation, around a meal, or in the easy comfort of being close, those moments were at the heart of her life.
Donna is survived by her husband, Joseph Williams; her son, Eric Chappell of Portage, Pennsylvania; and her daughters, Heather Farmer and her husband, JD, and Tiffany Rogers and her husband, Emmanuel, all of Wills Point, Texas. She is also survived by her sisters, Linda and her husband George, Judy and her husband Fred, and Beth. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her grandchildren, Jordan, Haylie, Jayden, Bailey, Christian, and Avery, who were among her greatest joys. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Chappell; her mother, Margaret Cordwell Chappell; and her brothers, Ronald Chappell, Richard Chappell, Sheldon Chappell, and Alan Chappell.
Donna’s life was centered on love, loyalty, and the daily acts of care that leave the deepest mark. She will be missed dearly and remembered with affection by all who were blessed to share in her life.
