Doris "Dot" Marie Moore, a long-time resident of Wills Point, Texas, passed away on July 19, 2022.

Dot was born on May 1, 1929, to Verlyn and Edmond Rancher in Waco, Texas. She graduated from Waco High School. Dot was a member of Russell Memorial United Methodist Church. She married James B Roden II and after his passing she married her late husband Ray Moore. Dot owned an Antique Store for five years, Holcomb Tree Service for 30 years and Wills Point Chronicle for 26 years retiring in 2013. She enjoyed competitive gaming, antiquing, traveling, camping, fishing, cooking, dancing, entertaining and being with her grandchildren.

To cherish her memory, she leaves behind her daughter in law Carolyn Hurtt; grandchildren, Jill Moore and Jason, Ashley Wood and Marques, Michael Roden and Kourtney, Becca Roden, and Rachel Roden; 14 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren; along with many loving friends.

Dot is preceded in death by her parents; husband; son Michael Gregg Roden and James B. Roden and great-grandson J. Austin Moore.

Services will be held on Monday, July 25, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Mullin-Fuller Funeral Home. Family will be accepting guests one hour prior for visitation. Online condolences may be made at mullinfullerfunerlhome.com.
