Doyle Chronister Jr., 61, passed away on September 6, 2025, in Wills Point, Texas. Born on November 26, 1963, in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, Doyle lived a life marked by dedication to his family, deep love for his work, and a generous spirit that touched many.

Doyle built a respected career as an electrician and retired from ARSI in Forney, Texas, in 2023. His work ethic and commitment to his craft earned him the admiration of colleagues and clients alike. Even after retirement, he remained active and engaged with those around him.

He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Rebecca Chronister; his father, Doyle Chronister Sr.; his sons Curtis Clay Chronister and Adam Michael Chronister; his daughters Lena Beth Moora, Clara Elyse Chronister, and Crystal Rose Chronister; his granddaughter Selina Moora; his brothers Michael Chronister and Mark Chronister; and his sister Malissa Campbell.

Doyle was preceded in death by his mother, Karen Marie Leicht Chronister, and his son Cory Chronister.

Outside of work and family life, Doyle found joy in the outdoors. He enjoyed hiking and recreational shooting—activities that reflected both his adventurous spirit and appreciation for nature. Above all else, he cherished time spent with family and friends. Those who knew him will remember him as loving, generous, and selfless—a man who gave freely of himself to support others.

May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him and continue to inspire acts of kindness in the lives he touched.

Services will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church 208 S. Houston Street, Kaufman, Texas 75142 .
