Departed on Jan. 16, 2015 and resided in Wills Point, TX.

Memorial service for Edith Arvizu, 78, of Wills Point, is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Pastor Mike Williams officiating.

She passed away early Friday morning, January 16, 2015 in Baylor Hospital in Dallas.

Edith was born October 13, 1936 in Houston, Texas, the daughter of Rayburn Andrews and Rosa Sharp Andrews. She was raised in Houston, where she attended school. On November 15, 1986, she married Alfred Arvizu in Houston and they settled in Wills Point. Edith was previously employed by Sundown Ranch in Canton, where she was a counselor. She enjoyed traveling, crocheting, sewing, cooking, fishing and spending time with her family. Edith attended International Outreach Church north of Wills Point.

Preceded in death by her parents, Rayburn Andrews and Rosa Ladd; brother, Bobby Andrews; sister, Janice Grivette and three sons, Kenneth Johnson, Van Dwayne Johnson and Jeff Johnson.

Edith is survived by her husband, Alfred Arvizu, of Wills Point; son, Keith Connally & partner, David Clemens, of Dallas; five daughters, Debra Warner & husband, John, of Wills Point, Pam Fangers & husband, Steve, of Fate, Paula Martin, of Wills Point, Robin Wazzenegger & husband, Derek, of Dallas and Zana Pilley & husband, Jet, of Artesia, New Mexico; daughter-in-law, Karla Connally, of McKinney; fifteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
