Emma Colleen Metcalf, 84 of Terrell, Texas passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, in Rockwall, Texas.

Emma was born on December 23, 1938, to Ralph and Hattie Cowell in Dallas, Texas. Emma was raised in the Dallas area and graduated high school from Crozier Tech in 1954. She married her husband Bobby Dale Metcalf on October 7, 1955, in Dallas. Emma was a member of First Christian Church of Terrell.

Emma is preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Hattie Cowell; husband Bobby Dale Metcalf; sons Matt Metcalf and Mace Metcalf; and sisters Patty Brown and Betty Snyder.

Emma leaves behind her son Mark Metcalf and wife Sandra; daughter Keri Norton and husband Michael; and daughter in law Carole Hill; grandchildren Stephen, Kevin, Rachel, Baylee and Noah Metcalf; and great-grandchildren, Raven, Isaia and Charlie; along with many other loving relatives and friends.
