She was the beloved daughter of the late Chong Siau and Agustina Quintanar and a cherished sister to her late siblings Elsa Siau, Mita Vigil, Ida Chen, Nelda Siau, and the surviving Dora Palmer of Salinas, California.

Ena was a loving wife to her late husband, Ygnacio Ruiz-Martinez, and a devoted mother to her five sons, late Samuel Ruiz, Angel Ruiz, Javier Ruiz, Roy Ruiz, and George Ruiz. Her family was her world, and she was the anchor that kept them grounded. Her love, strength, and wisdom will be deeply missed by her sons and sister, along with the many lives she touched.
