Ernie Ray Conn, 69, of Rockdale, Texas passed away on March 13, 2025, in Round Rock, Texas. Born on July 28, 1955, in McKinney, Texas, Ernie lived a life marked by passion, generosity, and an adventurous spirit.

A graduate of Wills Point High School's Class of 1973, Ernie pursued his love for photography at East Texas State University in 1975. He served as a Safety Risk Manager with FSG Austin, where his dedication and expertise made a lasting impact.

Beyond his professional life, Ernie found joy in the open road and the great outdoors. An avid motorcycle enthusiast, he was a proud member of the Harley-Davidson North Texas Chapter. Whether riding through scenic landscapes or spending time fishing and hunting, he embraced every opportunity to connect with nature and adventure.

Ernie was deeply cherished by his family. He is survived by his sisters Karen Wilkinson and Wendy Kerr; nephews Bret Wilkinson (Jennifer), Russell Wilkinson, and Ryan Kerr; great-nephew Joshua Wilkinson; and great-niece Elizabeth Harrison. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest William Conn Jr. and Bobby Lou Ray.

A graveside service to honor Ernie's life will be held on March 21, 2025, at Haven of Memories in Canton, Texas (27532 Hwy 64), beginning at 3:00 PM.

Ernie's loving nature, passion for life, and selfless heart will be remembered by all who knew him. May his memory bring comfort to those who mourn his passing.
