Everett Douglas Higgins, 63, of Wills Point, Texas, passed away on Sunday December 5, 2021.

Everett was born on February 26, 1958, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to the late Everett and Alice Higgins. He was raised in Dallas, Texas and attended Tripp Road Baptist Church of Sunnyvale. He married his wife Tracy Davis on May 15, 2016. Everett bought and sold houses most of his life. He enjoyed buying and selling anything and everything.

Everett is preceded in death by his parents, son Cory Higgins, brother Boyce David Higgins and sister Joanne Kitchens.

Everett is survived by his wife Tracy Higgins of Wills Point; daughter Lorie Dianne Martinez and Brandon of Greenville; sons, Kameron Little and Allie of Gunter and Kolton Little of Wills Point; brothers, Jessie Higgins and Jackie of Crandall and Lulu Higgins and Nina of Mesquite; grandchildren, Melissa, Nathaniel and Brandon; along with many other loving relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 8, 2022, at 3pm at Northshore Gospel Church. Officiating services will be Shannon Salsmon.
