Fletcher Dow Thomas Jr., 67, of Wills Point, Texas, passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021, at his residence.

Fletcher was born on March 6, 1954, in Dallas, Texas, to the late Fletcher Dow Thomas Sr. and Clevetta Pearl Clanton Thomas. Fletcher married Linda Davidson on August 31, 1979. Together they moved from Dallas to Wills Point in 1995. They were members of Assembly of God in Mabank. Fletcher retired after 20 years of service from Kaufman Police Department in 2008. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, welding, motorcycles and playing the guitar at church. He was a member of the NRA.

Fletcher is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Jackie Thomas and Jerry Cole; and brother Tommy Thomas.

Fletcher is survived by his beloved wife Linda Thomas of Wills Point; sons, Daniel Thomas and wife Clara of Forney and Nathan Thomas and wife Cindy of Wills Point; sisters, Jonelle Mills and husband Butch of Arlington, Cleva McMullen and husband Mike of Rowlett and Judy Churchman and husband Pat of Kentucky; grandchildren, Skylar, Briley and Chloe; along with many other loving relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 4, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Union Grove Cemetery in Wills Point. Services are under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at allanfullerfuneralhome.com.
