Frances Crutcher 74, of Terrell, Texas passed away on January 19, 2023, in Plano, Texas.

Frances was born on March 6, 1948, to Warren and Geraldine Anderson in Dallas, Texas. She was raised in Carrolton and moved to Terrell from Arlington 35 years ago. She was of the Baptist faith. Frances married her husband Charles Crutcher Sr in Mansfield, Texas in 1978. She worked at Pick Wick Records, Walmart Photo Lab and Renaissance Hospital where she retired. She loved listening to Christian music, spending time with family, and going to the beach.

Frances is preceded in death by her parents; stepfather Harold Lynch; son Charles (Chuck) Crutcher; and great-grandson Isaiah Blasius.

Frances leaves behind her husband of 45 years Charles Crutcher Sr.; sons, Eddie Black and wife Leslie, Tim Black and wife Brandy and Kevin Black and fiance Kat; daughter Cindy Towsley; brothers, Bobby Anderson and wife Jo Alice and Jackie Anderson and wife Melissa; sister Sue Sackett and husband Dennis; grandchildren, Chelsea, Reagan, Garrett, Mackenzie, Sadie, Madison, Jordan, Morgen, Tristen, Mason, Brooklyn, Cheryl, Jordan and Cheri; great-grandchildren, Kaelynn, Daylor, Rachel and McKenzie; great-great-grandchildren, Scarlett, Everly, Raigyn, Aralynn, Olivia, and Addilynne; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation services for Frances Crutcher will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2023, from 5pm to 7pm at Mullin Fuller Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 26, 2023, at 1 pm at Mullin-Fuller Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Elmo City Cemetery in Elmo, Texas.
