Funeral services for Frank Weldon Haley, 73, of Wills Point, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 14, 2018, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Chaplain Lynette Solomon officiating. Interment will be at White Rose Cemetery in Wills Point.
He passed away Thursday afternoon, January 11, 2018, in Wills Point.
Frank was born December 7, 1944, in Wills Point, Texas, the son of Joe Lee Burl Haley and Dora Fay Bolt Haley. He was a lifelong resident of Wills Point and graduated from Canton High School in 1961. Frank proudly served our country in the United States Navy. In 1991, he married Sue and she preceded him in death after seventeen years of marriage. He was formerly employed as a truck driver for PennCo Trucking in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, retiring in 1990. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and hunting. Frank was a member of the Big Rock Church of Christ in Canton.
Preceded in death by his parents, Joe Haley, Erwin and Dora Fay Poston; wife, Sue Haley; sister, Donna Sue Gimarelli and a grandchild.
Frank is survived by two sons, Charles Edward Haley, of Pink, Oklahoma and Christopher Haley & wife, Kim, of Enid, Oklahoma; five daughters, Candy Wall & husband, Brad, of Chandler, Oklahoma, Liz Haley, of Canton, Christi Fiatte & husband, Jason, Misti Garcia & husband, Michael and Debra Wilson; brother, Charles Poston & wife, Helen, of Wills Point; sister, Shirley Claudine Fellers & husband, James, of Wills Point; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
