Franklin Dewayne Tuley was born on May 9, 1960, in Gainesville, Texas, the son of Thelma and C.T. Tuley. He passed away on July 29, 2020 in Tyler, TX.
Franklin was raised and lived in Canton most of his life. He enjoyed fishing for catfish, riding the backroads, mechanics, and most importantly, hanging out with his family. Franklin was a heavy equipment operator, retiring in 2010 when he became disabled.
To cherish his memories, Franklin leaves behind his daughter and son in law, Melinda and Chad Massey, of Canton, TX; brother and sister-in-law, Carl and Cindy Tuley, of Ocala, FL; sister Pam Broadway of Longview, TX; grandchildren, Jocelyn Massey and Haven Massey; along with many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Franklin is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Philip Perry, Mark Tuley; and sister Polly Collins.
Family will be accepting guests on Thursday, July 30, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Allan Fuller Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held Friday, July 31, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at Allan Fuller Funeral Home. He will be buried at White Rose Cemetery at a later time.
