Obituary

Helen Randle (TuTu) left her earthly home April 1, 2023.  She was born on December 1, 1952, in Starrville, Texas to the late Robert and Edna Reese.

She's a 1971 graduate from Gladewater High School in Gladewater, Texas. In 1969 under the Leadership of Minister, K.R. Nixon of South Main Church of Christ she obeyed the Gospel and was added to the Church of Christ where she was an admirable, purposeful determined and unwavering member. At East Oak Street Church of Christ, she served faithfully as the Intake Specialist to provide food for over 100 families a month and Co-treasurer head of the Food committee for our Annual Ladies Day Program. She was always excited the first Saturday of each month when they did the food drive, that was her passion.

She moved to Edgewood, Texas on August 25, 1973, to marry the love of her life, Sherman Randle Jr. until his death.  To this union two children, whom she called her heartbeats were born daughters, Shemeka Randle and Marquita Prince.

Helen retired from Terrell State Hospital where she worked for several years. She later accepted employment with Rise Sun Home Health.  Ms. Helen loved her job and the people she worked with.

Helen is proceeded in death by her husband, Sherman Randle Jr., parents, Robert and Edna Reese and brother Robert Lee Reese.

Helen leaves to cherish her memories her children Shemeka Randle (Gary); Marquita Prince and husband Khristopher; Vancarlus Tennison and wife, Nidza; daughter in law Yvonne Milton; sister, Robbie Stevenson husband, Alvin; brother Tommy Reese and wife, Marilyn. Her in-laws Kenneth Randle wife Dorothy; Barney Dixon and wife, LaRuth; Dorothy Nell Randle, Michael Randle and Kathy Reese. Her Grandchildren Jordan Prince; Khrisalynn Prince, Gabriel Milton, Jalen Milton, Myah Milton, Braxton Tennison and Malcom Tennison.  She is also survived by a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and numerous friends.

Helen's stories of past times and her sweet spirit will be deeply missed by her family and all who were blessed to know her.
