Jake Burton, 33, of Edgewood, Texas, passed away on March 25, 2024, in his hometown. He was born on April 28, 1990, in Dallas, Texas. Jake was a generous, creative, and gentle soul who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Jake leaves behind his loving mother, Nila Gregory, stepfather Jeremy, son Zayne Taylor Burton, brother Corbin Burton, Grandmother Deborrah Johnson and Grandfather, Rickey Johnson. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Frazier.

Jake was a skilled electrician, having worked with Mark Patek in Eustace. He was a proud graduate of Edgewood High School, Class of 2010.

In his free time, Jake enjoyed riding motorcycles, working on motors, and drawing tattoos. He found joy in his hobbies and shared his talents with those around him.

A visitation service to honor and remember Jake will be on Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 5 - 7 PM; Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024, from 11:00 AM - 12:00 pm. Graveside will be held at Mesquite Cemetery following services.

Mullin-Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point, Texas, is assisting the family with the arrangements.
