Funeral services for Jennifer Michelle Binder, 42, of Wills Point, are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 31, 2019, at the Wills Point Church of Christ with Captain Lacy Parrish officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Wills Point.
She passed away suddenly Friday, January 25, 2019, at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas.
Jennifer was born August 15, 1976, in Little Rock, Arkansas, the daughter of Ron Stogner and Debbie Stogner and dads, Glen Nowlin and Virgil Rarrieck. She was raised in Garland and graduated from Garland High School. Jennifer continued her education and received her Associate's and Bachelor's Degree in nursing. On February 20, 2000, she married Robert Carl Binder in Rockwall. Jennifer was formerly employed by Methodist Hospital in Dallas for several years and was currently employed at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Garland, where she was a registered nurse. She lived in Mesquite prior to moving to Wills Point six years ago. In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling and spending time with her grandchildren. Jennifer was a loving wife, mother and Nonnie. She was of the Baptist faith.
Preceded in death by her grandmother, Mary Lou Pinson.
Jennifer is survived by her husband, Robert Binder, of Wills Point; son, Preston Binder, of Wills Point; two daughters, Jessica Marshall & husband, Nathan, of Wills Point and Ellyssa Suter & husband, Sterling, of Wills Point; two grandchildren, Skyler Marshall and Matthew Marshall; parents, Debbie & Ron Stogner, of Garland and Glen Nowlin and Virgil Rarrieck, of Kentucky; three sisters, Teri Scott & husband, Zackary, of Mesquite, Andrea Martinez & husband, Francisco, of Garland and Trina Stogner-Quintero, of Garland; mother, Deb Binder, of Rockwall and sister, Katie Stroud, of Rockwall.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
