Jeramy Jon-Shayne Summers, 53, of Granite Shoals, Texas, passed away on January 2, 2025, in Temple, Texas. He was born on November 2, 1971, in Norwich, Connecticut, to Wayne Harvey Summers and Sandra Elaine Jenkins.

Jeramy graduated from Spring High School in the Class of 1990. He went on to earn a bachelor's degree in social work from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1994 and later obtained an Associate of Arts in Healthcare from San Jacinto College in 1998. He displayed compassion by meticulously managing the healthcare of many.

He is survived by his mother, Sandra Summers-Knox; his sons, Jackson Lake Summers and Luke Christopher Summers; his sister, Jamie Nicole Summers Merillat and her husband Jason; as well as his niece Jordan Merillat and nephew Josh Merillat (Tiffany). Jeramy was preceded in death by his father, Wayne H. Summers, and his grandparents William and Ruby Summers and John and Joyce Jenkins.

Jeramy's life was marked by his dedication to education and family. His memory will be cherished by those who knew him.
