Jerry L. Ross, born on May 22, 1940, in Dallas, Texas, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2024, in his hometown of Dallas at the age of 84. He was the beloved son of Letha Yates and Leslie Ross.

Jerry grew up in Dallas and graduated from Sunset High School in 1958. In November of 1961, he married the love of his life, Sandra "Kay" Ross, with whom he shared over six decades of marriage. Jerry built a successful career at Tomco Services, Inc., where he worked diligently until his retirement in 2004.

Known for his interesting personality, optimism, and resourcefulness, Jerry had a passion for old cars and spent much of his time restoring them. He was an active member of the Over the Hill Gang Car Club and found joy in sharing this hobby with others. Jerry also loved spending time outdoors, appreciating the beauty and tranquility it offered.

Jerry is survived by his devoted wife Kay Ross; his daughter Dena Ross; three cherished grandchildren—Kristen, Tiffany, and Brittany; eight great-grandchildren; and his brother Mike Ross. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers—Bill Ross, Tom Ross, and Robert Ross; and his daughter Renee Ross.

Jerry's legacy is one of love for family, a zest for life's simple pleasures, and a knack for bringing old treasures back to life through restoration. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
