Jesse Jerrell Rowe, 64, of Terrell, Texas, passed away on February 13, 2025, in Rockwall, Texas. He was born on February 21, 1960, in Terrell to Jesse Rowe and Clara Smith and was raised in the community he called home throughout his life.

Jesse worked as a machinist at Madix in Terrell until his retirement in 2020. He was known for his sense of humor, friendly nature, and engaging personality. A man of the Baptist faith, he found joy in playing pool, spending time with family, and enjoying "Happy Hour" with those close to him.

He is survived by his son Jimmy Dale Partin and wife Katherine; daughter Michelle Renee Horn and husband BJ; brother Gary Rowe; sister Donna Rowe; grandchildren Avery, Sophia, Cheyenne, Brooklyn, Abigail, and Emmastina; nephew Kenneth Adam Rowe and wife Cara; nieces Mary Rowe Johnson and Jackie Donaldson; and great-nieces and nephews Aria, Grayson, Leighton, Steven, Clara, and August.

Jesse was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Robin Rowe; and his brothers Kenneth Rowe, Derryl Rowe, and Ronald Rowe.

His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life for Jesse will be held on Saturday March 1, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Round'Em Up Cowboy Church, located at 157 Sparks Circle, Wills Point, Texas.
