Memorial services will be held at a later date for Joann Dunn, 86, of Wills Point. She passed away Sunday morning, October 16, 2016, at her residence. Arrangements are under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point.

Joann was born May 21, 1930, in McKinney, Texas, the daughter of Joe Wade Bell and Lillie Maude Sams Bell. She was raised in Plano, where she attended public school. On April 15, 1949 she married A.D. Dunn in McKinney. She was a homemaker and enjoyed embroidering. Joann lived in Lucas prior to moving to Wills Point seventeen years ago.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband, A.D. Dunn on January 10, 1986; daughter, Shelia Dunn in 1956; son, Stephen Dunn on August 1, 2009 and all her brothers and sisters.

Joann is survived by her two sons, Jimmie Dunn & wife, Terri, of Blue Ridge and Ricky Dunn, of Wills Point; two daughters, Sharon Vaquera, of Wichita, Kansas and Rebecca Hood and Bill Wood, of Terrell; seven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
