Joe Bob Venable 93, of Wills Point, Texas passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2022, in Grand Saline.

Joe Bob was born on August 28, 1929, in Wills Point, Texas to the late A.T. and Edna Leona Venable. He was of the Christian faith. Joe Bob grew up in Wills Point. He moved to Dallas and then Levelland, Texas where he owned Joe Venable Service Station. After retiring in 1990 he found his way back to Wills Point where he enjoyed farming and ranching. Joe Bob liked to fish and loved his dogs.

Joe Bob leaves behind his brother Larry Venable and grandchild Dee Deen; along with two great-grandchildren.

Joe Bob is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Sonja Venable and brother Don Venable.
