John William Mackie of Wills Point died peacefully in his sleep the morning of November 16, one day after his 73 ^rd Birthday

John is survived by the love of his life, Sue Jones; her son and daughter, Mike Jones (Kristie) and family and Teri Jones Hardy (Gil) and family all of Wills Point. He is also survived by a son, Jason Mackie and family of Jenks, OK; one brother, Gary Mackie (Vickie) of Corinth; one sister Susan Moore (Mike) of Granbury.

John served in the US Army and was a long-distance truck driver for many years. He and Sue also owned and operated Sue Jones Transportation and East Texas Vet Supply. At his request, there will be no Memorial Service. Remembrances may be made in John's name to the Alzheimer's Association AT.ALZ.ORG.
