John Dwight Warner, 66, of Wills Point, Texas, passed away on December 26, 2024, in Mabank, Texas. Born on July 22, 1958, at Baker Clinic in Wills Point, John spent his entire life in the community he loved.

John worked over the road in transportation and was known for his courage, humor, and resourcefulness. He was a member of the American Angus Association and found joy in hunting, fishing, and farm work—pursuits that reflected his deep connection to the land and nature.

John is survived by his beloved wife of 14 years, Debbie Warner, whom he married on December 27, 2010, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He is also survived by his son, John "JJ" Dwight Warner Jr., and his wife Lauren; daughters Jessica Shannon Hoiseth. Previous wife Sharon Kay Warner, and son Eddie Frierson and daughter Sheri Frierson; cousin Larry Langley; and grandchildren Jaelynn, Aalyiah, Lyric, Avery, Charlie, Jay, and Lily. He will also be remembered by his father-in-law Alfred Arvizu and mother-in-law Jessie Ashby.

John was preceded in death by his parents, Ollie and Robbie Warner; his brother Dickie Warner; his sister Sharon Sue McEnturff; and his brother-in-law Raymond McEnturff.

A funeral service to honor John's life will be held on Monday, December 30, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Mullin Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point, Texas, with visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow at Small Cemetery in Edgewood, Texas.

John Dwight Warner will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May his memory bring comfort to those who loved him.
