Joyce Ann (Gramly) Ragan, age 86, passed away peacefully on December 11, 2024, in Dallas, Texas. She was born on April 9, 1938, in Dallas to Gary Gramly and Nina Hoover.

Joyce was a devoted wife to her late husband, Jackie Ragan, whom she married in 1956. They shared a loving partnership until his passing in 2018. She was also preceded in death by her parents.

A woman of deep faith and wisdom, Joyce was a lifelong member of the Baptist faith and attended First Baptist Church in Wills Point, Texas. Her life was marked by her love for her family and her unwavering devotion to those she held dear. She found immense joy in spending time with her three daughters: Pam Smith and husband Kurt; Carla Roberts and husband Brady; and Traci Moore and husband Tommie. She cherished her seven grandchildren—Amanda Roberts, Bryce Smith and wife Kathleen, Ragan Roberts and Brandi, Blane Smith, Cody Moore, Katrina Moore, and Jesse Roberts and wife Kenzie—and her eleven great-grandchildren. Her memory is also cherished by her Sister Garry Louise Reynolds

Joyce worked at the Wills Point Post Office before retiring in 2000. In her retirement years, she enjoyed watching the Texas Rangers play baseball and treasured the moments spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A service to honor Joyce's life will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at 2:30 PM at Mullin Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point, Texas. Visitation will take place thirty minutes prior to the service.

Joyce Ann Ragan will be remembered as a loving, faith-filled woman whose wisdom and kindness touched all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those who loved her.
