Julia Ann Boesiger, 79, of Kaufman, passed away on early Saturday morning, July 7, 2018 in Kaufman.  No services are planned at this time.  Arrangements are under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point.

Julia Ann was born June 20, 1939, in Fruitvale, the daughter of Willie Alfred Lynch and Julie Annie Goodman Lynch.  She was of the Baptist faith.

Preceded in death by her parents, Willie & Julie Lynch; husbands, William Grant Neal and Kenneth Merl Boesiger; son, William Grant Neal, Jr.; five brothers, Willie Joe Lynch, Billy Joe Lynch, Jay Lynch, G.W. Lynch and James A. Lynch and four sisters, Faye Bell, Elnora D. Matatall, Georgia Jorgensen and Lorriane Scott.

Julia is survived by two sons, Bobby Don Neal, of Garland and Benjamin George Neal, of Alba-Golden; daughter, Susan Mae Baker, of Kemp; brother, Harold G. "Pete" Lynch, of Iowa Park; seven grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one step-great grandchild.
