Julia Floriene Pennington, of Wills Point, Texas passed away on Monday, March 1, 2021, at the age of 98.

Julia was born on July 13, 1922 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to the late Burnice and Caroline Passmore. Julia married her lifelong partner Jefferson "Jack" Pennington on March 7, 1957 in Oklahoma City. She moved from Katy, Texas to Wills Point sixteen years ago. Julia was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Wills Point. She worked for HUD and the U.S. Postal service where she retired after 33 years of service. Julia enjoyed volunteering and playing skip bo. Julia was the President of the Volunteer Committee at Terrell Community Hospital.

To cherish her memories, Julia leaves behind her son Jeff Pennington and wife Susan; daughters Carol Passmore and Laura Fentem and husband Whit; grandchildren, Tiffany Menard, Rob Coffey, Alexandria Ford, Chase Sturdevant, Britney Wynn, Whitney Mielnicki and Caroline Fentem; great-grandchildren, Auby Coffey, Logan Coffey, Colette Ford, Matthiew Ford and George Studevant. Along with many other loving relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 12, 2021 at noon at Calvary Baptist Church of Wills Point, Texas.
