Furrh
September 11, 1958 – November 6, 2023
Julie Ann Furrh, 65, born on September 11, 1958 in Grand Saline, Texas, made her final journey in life, on November 6, 2023 in Tyler, Texas. Julie was known for her kindness, courage, and selfless acts that left indelible marks on everyone she interacted with.
Julie was the beloved daughter of the late James Furrh and Barbara Ann Chaney Furrh. Her loving and compassionate nature was undeniably influenced by the great values her parents instilled in her. Alongside her brother Darrell Furrh and his wife Pam, she painted a happy childhood canvas filled with warmth and fond memories.
Completing her high school education in 1976 at Edgewood High School, Julie was always an enthusiastic learner who went on to leave her footprint on the professional sphere. She embarked on a fulfilling path in the IT world, working with the City of Garland as an IT Specialist for the Garland Fire Department. Her presence, determination, and innovative spirit left a significant impact and will be missed dearly by her colleagues.
Despite her busy career, Julie found joy and tranquility in the simplicity of nature by embracing her passion for gardening. As a devoted member of the Canton Garden Club, her ability to create beauty wherever she went was evident. Her love for animals was beyond measure, equaled perhaps by her immense joy in spending quality time with her beloved grandchildren. She also never missed a chance to cheer for the home team at ball games, sharing her enthusiasm with friends and family alike.
Julie was a pillar of strength, consistency, and love for her family. She was a devoted mother to her son Anthony Rosiles, and his wife Robyn, and her daughter, Kristina Ilderton and her husband Heath. Her dedication and love knew no bounds when it came to her grandchildren - Zane Ilderton, Nathanyal, Nicholas, and Landon Rosiles. Her memory will be cherished by her two lifelong friends, James and Virginia Duggar. Her loved ones saw her as a source of unconditional love, strength, and guidance throughout their lives.
Julie Ann Furrh was a woman who was kind-hearted, courageous in the face of adversity, and selfless at her core. She carried these qualities with her everywhere she went, spreading positivity, strength, and joy among everyone she came in contact with. She was an unforgettable luminary who blessed the lives of many.
In this difficult time, we remember Julie with great love and admiration. Her zest for life, compassion for others, and boundless love for her family remain as her enduring legacy. She was a beacon of hope and an epitome of grace, whose spirit will forever shine in the hearts of those she touched. We celebrate her life and the beautiful memories she has left behind. Julie Ann Furrh will be missed but never forgotten.
