Private memorial service for Karen Robin Nelson, 56, of Mesquite, will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point.

She passed away Monday evening, March 27, 2017, in Balch Springs.

Karen was born December 18, 1960, in Dallas, the daughter of Eddie James Nelson and Doris Ann Shields Nelson. She was raised in Farmers Branch, where she attended public school. She lived in Wills Point prior to moving to Mesquite five years ago. Karen enjoyed collecting arrow heads, fishing and just being outdoors.

Preceded in death by her parents, Eddie & Doris Nelson; brother, Eddie Nelson, Jr. and a nephew, Austin Fields.

Karen is survived by her husband, Mike Wills, of Mesquite; daughter, Jessica Wills, of Quinlan; two sisters, Debbie McClure & husband, Harold, of Caddo Mills and Donna Kimbro & husband, Jerry, of Point and one grandchild, Tryczik White.
