Funeral services for Katherine Paige Bridges, 75, of Wills Point, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Pastor Mike Donahue. Interment will be at Woodall Cemetery north of Wills Point.
She passed away Saturday morning, October 20, 2018, in Wills Point.
Paige was born to Graham Leonard Estler and Willa Barbour Estler on May 12, 1943, in Huntington, West Virginia. She was raised in West Virginia and graduated from Fort Lauderdale High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She attended Marshall University in Huntington, WV. On June 25, 1978, she married David Lee Bridges in Wills Point. Paige was a well known artist and custom framer. Some of her artwork was sold in various locations in the United States. She taught art lessons for over fifty years. Paige enjoyed art, traveling, church ministry, baking, quilting and spending time with her family and friends. Paige was a faithful, founding member of Followers of Christ Church in Wills Point.
Preceded in death by her parents, Graham and Willa Estler; husband, David Bridges and a sister, Barbara Wills.
Paige is survived by her son, Lawrence McDaniel and companion, Selene Espinosa; four daughters, Laura O'Brien and husband, Jim, of Pflugerville, Carrie Mikos and husband, Ken, of Vernon, Angela Worthington and husband, Rickey, of Wills Point and Sherry Bridges, of Wills Point; two brothers, William Estler and wife, Carol, of Adamstown, MD and David Estler and wife, HwaSun, of Denton; nine grandchildren, Trent Junginger, of Raleigh, NC, Rebekah Mikos, of Tyler, Nathan O'Brien, of Pflugerville, Rachelle Mikos, of Tyler, Katherine O'Brien, of Pflugerville, Bobbi Lee Worthington, of Wills Point, Maggie Worthington, of Wills Point, Duncan Worthington, of Wills Point and Nick Burgess, of Wills Point and three great-grandchildren, Abbigail Bowling, Jacob Ebert and Casey Burgess.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 5:00– 7:00 p.m.
