Kathryn A. Bonham, of Point, Texas passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at the age of 91.

Kathryn was born on February 6, 1930 to the late O.C. and Odell Smith in Cleburne, Texas. She grew up in Cleburne and married her late husband Gene Bonham on November 19, 1947. She spent the last 30 years in the Lake Tawakoni area. Kathryn was a member of Chapel of the Lake. She had worked for Dallas Police Department 15 years, retiring from Garland Police Department in 1990 after 15 years of service. Kathryn loved going to the casinos, fishing, and reading.

To cherish her memories, Kathryn leaves behind her sons, Danny Bonham and Jane of Groesbeck, Texas and Tony Bonham and Nancy of Mesquite, Texas; daughters, Kathy Cox and James of Point, Texas and Cindy Minnich and Dennis of Rowlett, Texas; sister-in-law Carolyn Smith; grandchildren Wendy Edwards and Scott, Kaitlyn Wolf and Chase and Justin Minnich; great-grandchild Greyson Wolf.

Kathryn is preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers Arthur Smith and Robert Smith, sister Dale Herndon and grandson Kelly Bonham.

Family will be receiving guests Monday, March 29, 2021 at Allan Fuller Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. Funeral services will follow at 11:00a.m. at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel. Kathryn will be laid to rest at Bright Star Cemetery in Wills Point, Texas.
