Visitation service for Kenneth "Cat" Don Vinson, 65, of Wills Point, is scheduled for 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, August 19, 2016, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point.
He passed away Wednesday morning, August 17, 2016, in Wills Point.
Kenneth was born July 11, 1951, in Grand Saline, the son of Tommie Lee Vinson and Loveta Copeland Vinson. He was a lifelong resident of Wills Point and in 1969, he graduated from Wills Point High School. On September 25, 1999, he married Bobbie Sherwood in Wills Point. Kenneth was a self-employed carpenter, retiring in 2010. He loved music and going fishing. He was of the Baptist faith.
Preceded in death by his parents.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Bobbie Vinson, of Wills Point; step-son, Shalako Yates & wife, Tonya, of Wills Point; sister, Peggy Vinson Baird, of Burnet; two grandchildren, Daniel Rand and Kayla Rand; nephew, Casey Baird & wife Allison; two nieces, Robin Howell Smith and Caryn Howell Jackson; other relatives and friends.
