Kyle Andrew Travis, 39, passed away on September 26, 2025, in Arlington, Texas. Born on June 9, 1986, in Tyler, Texas, Kyle was raised in Canton and carried the spirit of East Texas with him throughout his life.

A 2004 graduate of Wills Point High School, Kyle pursued his passion for sound and music by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Sound Production from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida, in 2012. His love for creativity and technical precision led him to a fulfilling career. Most recently, he served as a foreman at Olympic Restoration Solutions in Haltom City, where he was known for his dedication and leadership.

Kyle lived life with an adventurous heart and an infectious sense of humor. He found joy in the outdoors—rock climbing, biking, paddleboarding—and embraced every opportunity for exploration and excitement. Music was another cornerstone of his life; whether playing or listening, it brought him deep satisfaction and connection.

He was actively involved in his community through the Young Professionals group at the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and participated in fellowship with the Upper Room North Davis group. A man of faith, Kyle was a member of the North Davis Church of Christ in Arlington.

Kyle is lovingly remembered by his father, Alan Travis; his sisters Melissa Tompkins and her husband John, and Alana Kundu and her husband Amlan; his nephews Taylor Tompkins and Aarav Kundu; and his niece Maylee Tompkins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jo Travis.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday October 2, 2025, from 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM at Mullin Fuller Funeral Home Chapel 205 Corky Boyd Ave. Wills Point, Texas 75169. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday October 3, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Church of Christ Edgewood 15915 Hwy 80 East Edgewood, Texas 75117.  Private interment to follow at Colfax Cemetery.
