Memorial services for Lisa Kay Guynn, 53, of Wills Point, are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 27, 2017, at the Edgewood Church of Christ with Mr. Larry DeLong officiating. Services are under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point.
She passed away Wednesday morning, February 22, 2017, in Tyler surrounded by her family.
Lisa was born January 4, 1964, in Harriman, Tennessee, the daughter of Milton Settles and Lulu Belle Roberts Settles. She was raised in Tyler, where she attended public school. On June 21, 1982, she married David Guynn near Tyler. Lisa was a homemaker and enjoyed helping people and taking care of her family. She loved animals, especially horses and she also helped with animal rescues. Lisa lived in the state of Washington prior to moving to Wills Point twenty-eight years ago. Lisa was a member of the Edgewood Church of Christ.
Preceded in death by her father, Milton Settles.
Lisa is survived by her husband, David Guynn, of Wills Point; mother, Lula Bell Jackson, of Tyler; two sons, Jason Brandon Guynn & wife, Molly, of Lewisville and Justin Buchannon Guynn and Kryste Carle, of Gainesville; two sisters, Vanessa Eileen Nix & husband, Roy, of Troup and Shannon Renee Cash & husband, Larry, of Tyler and three grandchildren, Eleanor Lea Guynn, Madeline Elise Guynn and John David Guynn.
