Louis "Gene" Eugene Jackson, 90, of Quinlan, Texas, passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021, in Dallas, Texas.

Gene was born on February 1, 1931, in Texarkana, Texas to the late Walter and Wilma Jackson. He was raised in Texarkana. Gene was married to Grace Jackson for 50 years. He has lived the last 51 years in Quinlan. Gene owned and retired from Pandora Distribution in 1991 after 30 years. He enjoyed racing boats and quarter horses.

Gene is preceded in death by his parents and son Jerry Jackson.

Gene is survived by his sons, Michael Jackson of Houston, and Louise Eugene Jackson Jr. of Quinlan; daughters, Jacquline Jackson of Houston and Barbara Burnett and husband Ronald of Quinlan; grandchildren, Jacqueline Michelle Burns, Janet Melissa Jackson, Jeff Jackson, Joey Jackson, Anna Jackson and Jevin Jackson; 6 great-grandchildren and many other loving relatives and friends.
